Cider-Ginger Glazed Tofu We start by reducing Peifer Orchard’s apple cider with fresh ginger into a glaze. Then, we pan sear organic tofu until crisp and finish it in the flavor dense glaze. Served with crispy garlic potatoes and organic broccoli. 20
