Sweet Potato-Chipotle Soup with Bell Pepper-Bacon Salsa and Focaccia(v,gf)
This savory, sweet and spicy soup starts with garlic, ginger and onions sauteed with pureed chipotles. A splash of white wine, fresh sweet potatoes and a rich vegan stock finish the process before pureeing it until silky smooth. Topped with roasted pumpkin seeds and a our fresh bell pepper-bacon salsa. Served with a side of Focaccia Bread. Ask for no salsa for vegan or GF bread for GF! 12
Pork Medallions With Red Wine-Pomegranate Glaze (gf) - Local pork tenderloin from Buck-I-Hillz farm sliced into medallions then pan seared until tender and about medium. Finished with a reduction of red wine, balsamic, aromatics and pomegranate juice. Served with crispy garlic potatoes and organic broccoli. 26
